• Items you put into a game are gone the moment the game starts.
• Coins and item prices are for use on this site only. They aren't real money.
• A wager requirement must be cleared before withdrawing, and we can adjust it.
• Exploiting a wrong or stale price will get the transaction reversed.
• Trade problems: open a ticket within 12 hours and we'll investigate.
• These terms can change at any time; the version on this page is the live one.

1. Acceptance

By accessing, browsing or using TF2Royal.com you confirm you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part, you must stop using the platform. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher.

2. Changes to these terms

TF2Royal.com may update, modify or replace these Terms at any time, with or without notice. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated terms. Review them periodically. If you do not agree with an update, your only remedy is to stop using the platform.

3. What the platform is

TF2Royal.com is an independent platform for Team Fortress 2 players, offering trade-based activities and events involving in-game items, for entertainment and community purposes. The platform does not offer real-money wagering or betting, and involves no real-world financial gain or loss.

4. Item values

Prices shown are community-driven estimates based on market data. They are for reference only and do not represent real-world monetary worth. TF2Royal.com may adjust prices at any time without notice.

5. Wager requirements

A wager requirement is the amount of activity needed before a withdrawal unlocks. It exists so item movements reflect genuine participation and to prevent abuse. TF2Royal.com may set, raise or lower the wager requirement on any account at any time, at its sole discretion and without notice.

6. Transactions and refunds

Once an item is submitted to an event or trade interaction, the transaction is final. If a technical issue prevents delivery, contact support within 12 hours — after that, recovery cannot be guaranteed. Withdraw items promptly once they are yours; leaving them on the site is at your own risk.

7. Conduct

Act respectfully and play fair. Harassment, spam, impersonation, multi-accounting, botting and advertising other sites are all prohibited.

Item prices are set and maintained by the platform. Exploiting outdated, incorrect or delayed pricing for unfair gain is prohibited. TF2Royal.com may respond by adjusting balances, changing withdrawal or participation requirements, restricting or terminating accounts, or reversing transactions.

8. Suspension and termination

TF2Royal.com may suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any account at any time, for any reason — including breach of these Terms, suspected cheating or exploitation, abusive behaviour, or activity deemed harmful to the platform or its community. Termination decisions are final.

9. Privacy

Your Steam profile name, avatar and public information may be visible to other users. We do not collect or store personal information beyond what is publicly available through the Steam API.

10. Liability

TF2Royal.com is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and is not liable for losses, delays, technical malfunctions or other issues affecting your participation or items. You take part at your own discretion and risk. Total liability shall never exceed the value of the items directly involved in the specific incident.

11. Independence

TF2Royal.com is independent and is not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by Valve Corporation or Team Fortress 2. All trademarks and game assets remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable international law. Disputes arising from use of TF2Royal.com shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
